Somut Olmayan Kültürel Miras Sözleşmesi Birleşmiş Milletler Eğitim, Bilim ve Kültür Örgütü tarafından 2003 yılında ilan edilmiştir. Türkiye SOKÜM Sözleşmesi’ne 2006 yılında dahil olmuştur. SOKÜM Sözleşmesi’nin amacı, içinde bulunduğumuz çağın getirdiği teknolojik gelişmeler nedeniyle hızla değişen dünya şartları karşısında unutulmaya yüz tutmuş gelenek, görenek ve sözlü anlatımların korunmasını sağlamaktır. Sözleşmeye dahil olan 178 devlet, sözleşmede belirtilen alanlarda saptadıkları kültürel unsurları Somut Olmayan Kültürel Miras Listeleri’ne ekleyebilmek için raporlar düzenlemektedir. SOKÜM alanında yapılan çalışmalarda özellikle son yıllarda büyük artış olduğu görülmektedir. Türkiye’de de SOKÜM konusunda çok sayıda rapor oluşturulmakta ve akademik anlamda çalışmalar yapılmaktadır. Bu makalede Türkiye’de SOKÜM alanında hazırlanan envanter çalışmalarının başta SOKÜM olmak üzere, Türk halk bilimi, eğitim gibi sosyal ve beşeri disiplinlere katkısını ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman inceleme yöntemi kullanılmış olup Türkiye’de SOKÜM bağlamında hazırlanan 30 envanter çalışmasının içeriğine yer verilmiştir. Devamında SOKÜM bağlamında günümüze kadar hazırlanan bilimsel çalışmalara topluca değinilmiştir. Sonuç olarak da elde edilen bulgular hakkında genel bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Buna göre, Türkiye’de yapılan envanterlerin topluca bir makalede ele alınması başta ilgili konuda çalışma yapan araştırmacıların literatür bölümüne, envanterlerdeki zengin kültürel içeriğinin eğitim alanında ders kitapları metinlerine, Türk halk bilimi alanında metin incelemelerine ve yeni araştırma soruları, bilimsel proje konuları oluşturulmasına büyük katkılar sağlayacağı sonucuna varılmıştır.
The Non-Thematic Cultural Heritage Convention was signed by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization in 2003. Turkey joined the SOKÜM Convention in 2006. The purpose of the SOKÜM Convention is to ensure the preservation of traditions, traditions and verbal narratives that are faced with forgotten in the face of the rapidly changing world conditions due to the technological developments of the age in which we are. The 178 States, which are part of the Convention, are preparing reports to add cultural elements they have identified in the areas specified in the Convention to the Non-Thematic Cultural Heritage List. The study in the field of SOKÜM has seen a significant increase, especially in recent years. In Turkey, there are many reports about SOKÜM and studies are being conducted in an academic sense. This article aims to show the contribution of the inventory work prepared in the SOKÜM field in Turkey, primarily SOKÜM, to social and human disciplines such as Turkish public science, education. The study used the document examination method from the quality research methods and included the content of 30 inventory work prepared in the context of SOKÜM in Turkey. The research has been developed in the context of scientific studies that have been prepared until today. A general assessment of the findings was made as a result. According to this, the discussion of inventories made in Turkey in a collective article has come to the conclusion that the literary department of researchers working on the subject, the rich cultural content in inventories in the educational field of the textbooks, the text examinations in the field of Turkish public science and the new research questions will make a great contribution to the creation of scientific project subjects.
Intangible Cultural Heritage Convention was announced by United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization in 2003. Turkey has become a part of this convention in 2006. The aim of this convention is to ascertain the protection of the traditions, customs and verbal expressions that have been forgotten in the face of rapidly changing world conditions because of the technological advances introduced by the current age. The 178 states that have accepted the Convention have been preparing reports to include the cultural elements identified in the areas specified in the Convention to the Intangible Cultural Heritage lists. In recent years, studies in this field have accelerated. In Turkey, large numbers of reports and studies in the academic sense are made. This study aims to show the contribution of the intangible cultural heritage field, including in particular the inventory studies prepared in Turkey and Turkish folklore, to social and humanities disciplines, such as education. The study uses document analysis method of qualitative research methods and includes the contents of 30 inventory studies prepared in Turkey. Moreover, the scientific studies prepared in the context of ICH to the present day have been mentioned collectively. As a result, a general evaluation was made about the findings. Accordingly, it has been concluded that an article that holds together all the inventory in Turkey would provide a major contribution to the development of the literature section of the researchers working on related subjects in particular, in course books in the field of education with its rich cultural content, in the field of Turkish folklore in the analysis of texts and new research questions, and the development of scientific project issues.
