Abstract:

Central odontogenic fibrom SOF is a rare, beneficial tumor that contains inactively appearing odontogenic epithelium in various amounts embedded in the neoplastic structure and fibrosis stroma. This injury is a benign, painless, and slowly growing tumor that creates expansion in the SOF bone marrow. Radiological findings are well-limited, uni or multilocular radiolusent content, usually round-shaped. Because of this characteristic, it is similar to cysts and other benign tumors of the chest. Because there are no characteristic radiographic findings, it is difficult to distinguish central odontogenic fibromy from other lesions of the chest in radiographic examinations. In literature, SOF's conic-ray computer tomography with KIBT is detailed and three-dimensional in radiological terms, with a limited number of cases being studied. This case report will describe clinical findings of central odontogenic fibrom localized in the left mandibular area in the 25-year-old female patient, radiologically three-dimensional and cutting-edge conic radiated computer tomography images, diagnosis and treatment.
