SMEs, 99.90% of the firms operating in Turkey. On the other hand the share of employment, investment as a percentage of the total value of the share and the share of exports and SMEs, has become an important player for the national economy. In contrast, the share of SMEs in total loans is lower compared to developed countries. Of foreigners to enter the Turkish banking sector to SMEs facing increasing competition and product diversity with an increase in loans to the SMEs has been increasing interest. ISO detection research commissioned in 2013 by the economic situation; business of 47.9% has been found that there is a shortage of funding. In this context, SMEs by the end of 2013, the loans from banks by 25.9% of the amount realized. These two results, especially in SMEs financing in enterprises is an important issue reveals.
