Farklı kültürleri tanımak, farklı kültürlere ait ürünlere sahip olmak ya da yurtdışı gezisi yapıldığında o ülkeye, bölgeye ya da yöreye ait özgün kültürel miras olarak ifade edilebilecek ürünleri hatıra amaçlı almak oldukça yaygın bir davranıştır. Tüm dünyada somut olmayan kültürel miras kapsamına giren geleneksel ve yöresel olan el emeği ürünlerin her zaman daha özel ve daha ilgili bir kitlesi bulunduğu bilinmektedir. Somut olmayan kültürel miras ülkeler için ise önemli bir ekonomik kaynak olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Bu nedenle icrası zanaatkârlık becerisi gerektiren ve özgün olan mesleklerin değerlerini ve detaylarını gelecek kuşaklara aktarmak önemlidir. Çalışmada imalata yönelik faaliyet gösteren girişimci işletmelerin finanse edilerek yaygınlaştırılması, sürdürülebilirliği ve katma değeri olan ürünler ortaya çıkarılarak geliştirilmesine yönelik öneriler verilmektedir. Aksaray, Karaman, Konya, Niğde, Nevşehir, Yozgat, Kırıkkale ve Kırşehir olmak üzere toplam sekiz ili kapsayan görev bölgesine sahip Konya Ovası Projesi (KOP) Bölgesi’nde yaşayan somut olmayan kültürel miras temsilcileri çalışmada incelenmektedir.
It is quite common to get to know different cultures, to have products from different cultures, or to buy products that can be expressed as the original cultural heritage of that country, region or region for souvenir purposes when traveling abroad. It is known that traditional and local handcrafted products, which are within the scope of intangible cultural heritage all over the world, always have a more special and more relevant audience. Intangible cultural heritage is considered as an important economic resource for countries. Therefore, it is important to transfer the values and details of the professions that require craftsmanship and are unique to the next generations. In the study, suggestions are given for the financing and dissemination of entrepreneurial enterprises operating for manufacturing, the development of these enterprises by revealing products with sustainability and added value. Intangible cultural heritage representatives living in the Konya Plain Project (KOP) Region, which has a mandate covering eight provinces, namely Aksaray, Karaman, Konya, Niğde, Nevşehir, Yozgat, Kırıkkale and Kırşehir, are examined in the study.
