So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to compare the indicators for Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) of three countries based on the ways in which these indicators structure, categorize and process information. STI indicators are here understood as sociotechnical systems. The concepts of system, structure, epistemic object, and technological object will aid in the understanding these sociotechnical systems. The STI indicator systems compared are the ones of the United States, China, and Mexico.
