Abstract:

İslam ilim geleneğinde oldukça köklü bir yeri olan icâzetnâmeler sadece hocanın öğrencisine belli konularda eğitim öğretim yapma izni verdiği bir izin belgesi değildir. İcâzetnâmeler bizzat hoca tarafından verildiğinden yazıldıkları alana ve tarihe ilave olarak hoca-talebe ilişkisine dair önemli ipuçları da barındırmaktadırlar. Bu bağlamda icâzeti veren hocanın kendi hocalarıyla ilgili saygı ifade eden ve rahmet temennisinde bulunduğu cümleler kurması onun hem eğitim geçmişine hem de hocalarına yaklaşımına ışık tutmaktadır. Diğer taraftan hocanın icâzetnâmede öğrencisini tanıtmaya ve taltif etmeye yönelik ifadelere yer vermesinin yanı sıra nasihat ve beklentilerini sıralaması da onun değer dünyasının bir yansıması olabilmektedir. Bu makalede 1936 yılında Adapazarı’na Kur’an öğretmeni olarak gönderilen Osman Nuri Taşkent’in öğrencilerinden Himmet Babalıoğlu’na verdiği icâzetnâmenin tahlili yapılmaktadır.

Equally, the expression of a teacher to identify and reward a student in diploma as ordering his advice and expectations may also be a reflection of his world of value. In this article, Osman Nuri Tashkent, was sent to Adapazarı as a Qur'an teacher in 1936, gives an analysis of the licence given to Himmet Babalıoğlu, one of his students.
