This study was carried out in order to identify the theoretical and practical, knowledge and skill deficiencies of a student studying in the 12th grade in the field of information technology of vocational high school and to find solutions to these deficiencies. For this purpose, a student who has the necessary conditions was determined in Ahi Evran Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in Demirci district of Manisa. The study was conducted with action research, one of the qualitative research methods. Within the scope of the research, the student, the family of the student, teachers and the expert team were interviewed to establish an education network. The student's course notebooks were examined and a pre-test scale and checklist were applied to him. The student's deficiencies regarding the relevant course were determined and a 12-week individual education program was prepared and implemented accordingly. At the end of the program, it was observed that there was an 85% improvement and development in the theoretical, practical, knowledge and skills of the student's computer hardware.
