Abstract:

Federal Germany is a country with a world-old society after Japan. The social system of the state, which was established by Otto von Bismarck on 17 November 188l in the European Union (Western Europe) and, if necessary, in the world, is a reference to the practices in the field of social services. For this reason, a framework will be drawn into the framework of the social services “Right-based” provided by the federal constitution, law and state laws, and the “Social-Democratic welfare state site” will be addressed and a framework will be drawn into the “Palyative support/care” services that are being implemented on the basis of Germany. About a century ago, the study has been trying to reveal how much Muslim migrants living in Germany as an intense population can benefit from the Paliative support/care services. Our research will be addressed by the analytical findings of the data obtained through "formal and semi-formal" forms of query from the quality research techniques and by the analysis of additional literary sources. Specifically, the implementation of palliative support/care services to Turkish Muslim migrants, which represent a very significant percentage in the immigrant population, has been established by the compulsory and preferential limitations of the research, taking into account both palliative health centers and, if necessary, support/care services in the home.
