Öğretmenlerin Yaşam Doyumlarını Yordayan Örgütsel Faktörler: Örgüt Sağlığı ve Örgütsel Güven

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, öğretmenlerin örgüt sağlığı, örgütsel güven ve yaşam doyumu arasındaki ilişkileri inceleyerek, örgüt sağlığı ve örgütsel güvenin yaşam doyumunu yordayıp yordamadığını ortaya koymaktır. Araştırma modeli olarak ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemi, 2018-2019 öğretim yılında Kocaeli Darıca ilçesinde özel ve resmi ilk ve ortaokullarda görev yapan 329 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada verileri toplamak için, Örgüt Sağlığı Envanteri, Örgütsel Güven Ölçeği ve Yaşam Doyumu Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Veriler bağımsız gruplar t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA), korelâsyon ve regresyon analizleri ile çözümlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda, öğretmenlerin örgütsel sağlık ile örgütsel güven ve yaşam doyum düzeyleri arasında pozitif yönde ve orta düzeyde ilişki vardır. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin örgüt sağlığı ile örgütsel güven düzeyleri, yaşam doyumlarını %32 oranında yordamaktadır.

The Organizational Factors That Bring Teachers' Life Rates: Organizational Health and Organizational Trust

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to find out, by studying the relationships between organizational health, organizational confidence and life satisfaction, that organizational health and organizational confidence are not satisfied with life satisfaction. Relational scanning model is used as a research model. The study’s sample consists of 329 teachers working in private and official primary and secondary schools in Kocaeli Darıca in the 2018-2019 academic year. To collect data in the study, the Organizational Health Reserve, the Organizational Confidence Scale and the Lifetime Scale were used. The data is analyzed by independent groups with t-test, one-way variance analysis (ANOVA), correlation and regression analysis. According to the findings obtained, there is a positive and middle-level relationship between the organizational health and the organizational confidence and the level of life satisfaction of teachers. In addition, the organizational health and organizational confidence levels of teachers process the life satisfaction by 32%.

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationships between organizational health, organizational trust and, life satisfaction, besides to determine the predictive value of organizational health and organizational trust on the life satisfaction. The research was carried out according to the relational survey model. The research sample of the study consists of 329 primary and secondary school teachers working in private and public schools in the 2018 -2019 academic year in Darıca district of Kocaeli province. The data were obtained with the help of three scales. These are The Organizational Health Inventory, The Organizational Trust Scale and The Life Satisfaction Scale. The data were analyzed by independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), correlation and regression analyses. The results suggest that there is a positive and medium correlation found between organizational health and organizational trust and life satisfaction of the teachers. In addition, it was concluded that teachers' organizational health and organizational trust levels related to the 32 % of the life satisfaction.
