Abstract:

Bu çalışma ile küçük ve orta boy işletmelerin karşılaştıkları finansman problemleri incelenerek, bu sorunların çözümünde Kredi Garanti Fonu’nun etkileri analiz edilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın ana eksenini KOBİ’lerin tanımlanması, Dünya ve Türkiye’deki perspektifi ile beraber özellikle 2017 yılında ülkemizde yaşanan Kredi Garanti Fonu rüzgârının, KOBİ’lere etkileri oluşturmaktadır. 2010-2017 dönemi Türkiye Bankacılık Sektörel gelişimi, BDDK ve TCMB verileri doğrultusunda incelenerek, 2017 yılında yoğun olarak kullandırılmaya başlanan KGF kredileri neticesinde oluşan yeni kredi hacmi, mevduat faizleri ve ticari kredi faizlerinin KOBİ finansman problemlerine etkileri analiz edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada ayrıca İstanbul ilinde faaliyet gösteren ve farklı demografik faktörlere sahip ve özellikle Kredi Garanti Fonu Kredisi kullanan KOBİ nitelikli firmalara anket yapılmış ve “Likerd Ölçeği” ile KGF kredilerine bakış açıları, algıları ve KGF kredilerinin KOBİ finansman problemlerine etkileri analiz edilmiştir

With this study, researching the financial problems faced by small and medium-sized enterprises, the impact of the Credit Guarantee Fund on solving these problems was analyzed. The main axis of this study is the identification of the KOBI, along with the perspective in the world and Turkey, especially in 2017 the wind of the Credit Guarantee Fund in our country, the effects on the KOBI. The 2010-2017 period of Banking of Turkey Sectoral development, according to the BDDK and TCMB data, the new amount of loans, deposit interests and the result of the KGF loans that began to be widely used in 2017 The impact of commercial loans on the KOBI financing problems has been analyzed. This study also surveyed KOBI-qualificated companies that operate in the province of Istanbul and have different demographic factors and especially use Credit Guarantee Fund Loans and analyzed the views, perceptions and effects of KGF loans on the KOBI financing problems with the "Likerd Scale" and KGF loans.
