Bu çalışmada çalışan ve çalışmayan evli kadınların evlilik uyumlarının incelemesi amaçlanmış ve 63 çalışan ve 99 çalışmayan olmak üzere 162 evli kadın yer almıştır. Araştırma verilerinin elde edilmesinde nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden anket yöntemi kullanılarak katılımcıların evlilik ilişkilerindeki uyumunu belirlemek amacıyla Evlilik Uyumu Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre çalışan ve çalışmayan kadınların evlilik uyumlarının farklılık göstermediği saptanmıştır. Fakat eşleri ile sorumluluklarını paylaşan çalışan ve çalışmayan kadınlarda evlilik uyumlarının eşleri ile sorumluluklarını paylaşmayanlara göre daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Fakat hem çalışan ve hem de çalışmayan kadınlarda yaş, eşin yaşı, eğitim düzeyi, eşin eğitim düzeyi, evlilik süresi, evlilik yılı ve çocuk sayısına göre evlilik uyumlarının farklılaşmadığı görülmüştür.
The study aimed at studying married women working and unemployed marriage equations and included 162 married women, including 63 working and 99 unemployed. In obtaining the research data, the Quantitative Research Methods used the survey method to determine the conformity of participants in marriage relationships. The research found that women working and not working have no differences in marriage. But women who share their responsibilities with their spouses and who do not work have higher marriage equations than those who do not share their responsibilities with their spouses. But in both working and unemployed women, the age of the spouse, the level of education, the level of education of the spouse, the time of marriage, the year of marriage and the number of children have not been shown to differ in the marriage arrangements.
