Success in modern business depends on many factors. The main factor which is both also the greatest value on which business is based is the work of man. It really develops and enriches human and is not a source of degradation for the price of financial success. Work can be a destructive activity if it is not a free and rational choice of man, does not lead to his development, but it enslaves him causing physical and often spiritual destruction. Therefore, it does not meet the basic functions, i.e., it does not contribute to the development of a working person, does not alter the external world, and does not create proper human relationships. Therefore, it depends on the type of attitude towards work by modern business, whether this important realm of human life contributes to its improvement, or to its degradation.
