Abstract:

As long as the urbanization increases, the free time of human decreases. People in the process of urbanization would like to enjoy their free time effectively and efficiently. Businesses which need to respond quickly to the rapid changes of customer requests and requirements are nowadays heading for shopping centers. In this study, the most proper place for shopping center among 6 alternatives in Uşak will be determined using Fuzzy TOPSIS method. In the way of this aim 6 alternatives are; Ankara route, İzmir route, Çivril route, Ulubey route, Elmalıdere and Halk Konutları rounds. In considering for alternatives 6 decision makers are asked for determining of importance weight. Criteria are as cost of Project, physical condition of building, transportation and the number of rivals. In consequence, İzmir route was determined in selecting optimal place for Shopping Centre in Uşak
