In this study, it was aimed to develop a valid and reliable scale to determine primary school teachers' Turkish teaching self-efficacy. The validity and reliability studies of the research, which was designed according to the survey model, were conducted on 109 primary school prospective teachers and 141 primary school teachers. Expert opinion was taken for the content validity of the scale, and Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) have been used for construct validity. At the end of EFA, it was seen that the scale has a 2-factor structure and it was determined that it explained 54.2% of the total variance. As a result of CFA, fit index values were examined and it was seen that the 2-factor structure of scale which is consisting of 20 items was confirmed as a model. EFA and CFA results showed that the scale has a valid structure. Cronbach-Alpha internal consistency and test-retest reliability coefficients were calculated to determine the reliability of the scale. According to the values found, it was concluded that the scale was reliable.
