S235JR ile S355JR Yapı Çeliklerinin Özlü Tel Elektrotla MAG Kaynak Yöntemiyle Birleştirilebilirliğinin Araştırılması

Bu çalışmada, 3 mm kalınlığında S235JR ile S355JR yapı çelikleri, özlü tel kullanılarak MAG kaynak yöntemi ile birleştirilmiştir. Bu çeliklerin kaynak işlemleri kendi aralarında (S235JR-S235JR, S355JR-S355JR) ve birbirleri ile (S235JR-S355JR) olmak üzere, 3 farklı kombinasyonda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kaynak işlemleri gerçekleştirilen numunelerin mekanik ve mikroyapı özellikleri incelenmiştir. Kaynaklı numunelere uygulanan çekme testleri sonucunda kopma, S235JR-S235JR ve S355JR-S355JR birleştirmelerde ana malzemelerde, S235JR-S355JR numunelerinde ise birleştirmelerin S235JR ana malzeme tarafında gerçekleşmiştir. 180° iki yönlü eğme testlerinde, birleştirilmiş numunelerin tümünde kaynak bölgesinde gözle görülebilir herhangi bir çatlama veya ayrılma gözlenmemiştir. Mikrosertlik testleri sonucunda, bütün kombinasyonlarda en yüksek sertlik değeri kaynak metalinden ölçülürken, onu ITAB ve ana malzeme takip etmiştir. Mikroyapı incelemelerinde ise, numunelerin tümünde ana malzemeden kaynak metaline doğru gidildikçe tane irileşmesi meydana geldiği tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract:

In this study, S235JR and S355JR construction steel plates with 3 mm thickness both were joined using cored wire electrode type filler metal by MAG welding method. Joined materials between themselves (S235JR-S235JR, S355JR-S355JR) and different (S235JR-S355JR) were carried out in three different combinations including. Welding operations of these steels was carried out in 3 different combinations with each other (S235JR-S235JR, S355JR-S355JR) and with each other (S235JR-S355JR). The mechanical and microstructure properties of the welded samples were investigated. As a result of tensile tests, fracture occurred on main materials for S235JR-S235JR and S355JR-S355JR joints and occurred on S235JR side for S235JR-S355JR joints. No crack or separation was observed in all joined samples during 180° bending tests in both directions. As a result of the microhardness tests, it was measured from the highest hardness weld metal in all joining combinations, followed by ITAB and main material. In the microstructure studies, it was determined that the whole of the samples came to the grain growth from the main material to the welding metal.
