İşyerlerindeki yoğun çalışma temposu, çalışanların uygun olmayan fiziki şekillerde çalışmasına ve bunun sonucunda kas iskelet sistemi hastalıklarına neden olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada REBA yönteminin seçilmesi-nin nedeni duruş bozukluklarını nicel olarak kategorize edilmesi ve hızlı bir şekilde tüm vücut duruş po-zisyonu analizi yapılabilmesidir. Bu çalışmada iki farklı işyerinde beş farklı temizlik işi ve on iki çalışma duruş pozisyonu REBA yöntemi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. İki iş yerinde toplam 30 temizlik çalışanı görev yapmakta ve aynı temizlik işleri yapılmaktadır. Yapılan temizlik işleri analiz edildiğinde 11 farklı iş ve 51 çalışma duruş pozisyonu belirlenmiştir. Bu amaçla, haftada bir kez olmak üzere bir ayda toplamda 4 defa her iki firmaya da gidilerek çalışmalar kaydedilmiş ve izlenmiş ve fotoğraflanmıştır. Bu pozisyonların içinden riskli olduğu düşünülen ve en sık yapılan 5 farklı iş ve 12 çalışma duruş pozisyonu detaylı ince-lenmiştir. Beş farklı temizlik işinden dördü orta seviyede riskli, biri düşük seviyede riskli olarak hesap-lanmıştır. Bina içerisinde camların silinmesi işlemi ve dış cephe cam silme işleminde REBA skoru ortala-ması 4.7, makine ile yer silme işleminde 7, yer süpürme işleminde 6.5 olarak hesaplanmış olup risk sevi-yeleri orta, önlemleri ise gerekli çıkmıştır. Yer silme işleminde REBA skoru ortalaması 3 olarak hesaplan-mış ve risk seviyesi düşük bulunmuştur. İncelenen beş çalışma duruş pozisyonundan, risk seviyesi orta olan makine ile yer silme ve yer süpürme işlemleri ile ilgili tavsiyelerde bulunulmuştur.
The intense work rate in their workplaces causes employees to work in inappropriate physical forms and consequently cause diseases of the muscle skeletal system. The reason for the choice of the REBA method in this study is that the position disorders are categorized quantitatively and the entire body position po-position analysis can be done rapidly. In this study, five different cleaning jobs and twelve work positions were analyzed using the REBA method in two different workplaces. A total of 30 cleaners work in two workplaces and the same cleaning work is carried out. When the cleaning work was analyzed, 11 different jobs and 51 job positions were determined. For this purpose, the work was recorded, monitored and photographed four times a month, a total of four times a month. These positions are considered to be risky and most frequently performed 5 different jobs and 12 job positions are detailed. Four of the five different cleaning works are calculated as risky at a medium level, one at a low level. In the building, the process of deletion of glasses and the external front glass deletion process, the REBA score is 4.7, the machine and the ground deletion process, the ground deletion process is calculated as 6.5 and the risk is medium, and the measures are needed. The REBA score was calculated as 3 and the risk level was low. From the five work positions reviewed, the risk level was moderate with the machine and the field cleaning and the field cleaning processes.

The reason for choosing REBA method in this study is that it is able to categorize posture disor-ders quantitatively and to analyse whole body posture position quickly. In this study, five different clean-ing jobs and twelve working posture positions in two different workplaces are analysed by using REBA method. A total of 30 cleaning employees work in two workplaces and the same cleaning jobs are carried out. When the cleaning works are analysed, 11 different jobs and 51 working positions are determined. For this purpose, the postures have been recorded, monitored and photographed by visiting both companies once a week, 4 times in a month. Among these positions, the most frequently performed 5 different jobs and 12 working postures, which are considered to be risky, are examined in detail. As a result of these analyses, four of the working positions are calculated as moderately risky and one has low risk score. The average REBA score in the process of wiping windows and facade wiping in the building, machine wiping and floor sweeping are 4.7, 7 and 6.5, respectively. These risk levels were moderate and measures were required. The average of REBA score in floor cleaning process is 3, the risk level is low. The five working stop positions are examined, and suggestions are made for the machine wiping and sweeping operations with medium risk.
