Bu araştırmada, para politikası araçları ile istihdam düzeyi arasındaki ilişki 2011:01-2019:01 dönemi verilerinden yararlanılarak Türkiye ekonomisi için belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Tahmin yöntemi olarak, ARDL modeli kapsamında UECM ve sınır testi yaklaşımı kullanılmıştır. ARDL analiz yöntemi kapsamında ilk olarak sınır testi uygulanmış değişkenler arasında uzun dönemli ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca hem kısa hem de uzun dönemde, Geç Likidite Penceresi (GLP) Faiz Oranı ve para arzı(M3) ile istihdam düzeyi arasında istatistiki ve ekonomik olarak anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür.
In this study, the relationship between monetary policy instruments and employment level was tried to determine for the Turkish economy by using the data of the 2011:01-2019:01 period. As a prediction method, the UECM and the limit test approach were used within the ARDL model. In the framework of the ARDL analysis method, a long-term relationship between the variables applied in the first limit test was identified. In both the short and the long term, the Late Liquidity Window (GLP) has also shown to have a statistically and economically meaningful relationship between the interest rate and cash supply (M3) and the employment level.
In this research paper, the association between monetary policy instruments and employment level is analyzed for Turkey in the period of 2011:01-2019:01 by applying monthly dataset. In the scope of ARDL model, unrestricted error correction model and bounds testing approach is used as analysis method. Firstly, bounds test is used and the long-run relationship between the variables is determined. In addition, both in the short and long term, there was a statistically and economically significant relationship between the Late Liquidity Window (GLP) Interest Rate and money supply (M3) and employment level.
