So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada meslek yüksekokulu öğrencilerinin öz-liderlik algıları ve sosyal problem çözme becerilerinin çeşitli değişkenler açısından belirlenmesi ve aralarındaki ilişki düzeyinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırma, genel tarama modeli kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklem grubunu 2019-2020 akademik yılında Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi, Sivas Meslek Yüksekokulunda (SMYO) öğrenimini sürdüren 179 kadın 218 erkek olmak üzere 397 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Veriler “Öz-Liderlik Ölçeği” ile “Sosyal Problem Çözme Envanteri” kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Veriler, Kolmogorov-Smirnov (K-S), Aritmetik Ortalama, Standart Sapma, Bağımsız t testi, ANOVA, Tukey, Pearson Korelasyon Katsayısı analiz teknikleri kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. SMYO öğrencilerinin öz-liderlik algılarının cinsiyet, sınıf düzeyi, ekonomik durum, ikamet yeri; sosyal problem çözme becerilerinin öğretim türü, ekonomik durum, ikamet yeri değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği p<.05; sosyal problem çözme becerileri ile öz-liderlik algıları korelasyon düzeylerinin pozitif yönde orta düzeyde (r=.42) olduğu belirlenmiştir.
