Bu araştırmanın genel amacı Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokulu (BESYO) öğrencilerinin liderlik davranışları ile ilgili görüşlerini saptamak ve araştırma sonuçlarına dayalı olarak önerilerde bulunmaktır. Araştırma tarama modelindedir. Ölçme aracı olarak beşli Likert tipi derecelendirilmiş anket kullanılmıştır. Ölçme aracı, 145 öğrenciye uygulanmıştır. Ölçme aracının yapı geçerliği için madde toplam korelasyon analizi ve faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Güvenirlik için alfa katsayısına bakılmıştır. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliği için madde-toplam korelasyon değerlerine bakılmıştır. BESYO öğrencilerinin yapıyı kurma ve anlayış gösterme boyutlarındaki liderlik davranışlarını çoğu zaman gerçekleştirdikleri saptanmıştır. Öğrencilerin anlayış gösterme boyutunda yer alan liderlik ile ilgili davranışlarının düzeyi, yapıyı kurma boyutuna göre daha yüksek bulunmuştur
The general purpose of this research is to identify the opinions of the students of the Higher School of Physical Education and Sports (BESYO) on leadership behaviors and to make recommendations based on the research results. The research is in the screening model. As a measurement tool, five Likert type rating survey was used. The measurement tool was applied to 145 students. For the structural validity of the measurement tool, the total correlation analysis and factor analysis of the material were made. The alpha ratio is considered for confidence. The material-total correlation values are considered for the structure validity of the measurement. BESYO has found that students often perform leadership behaviors in their structural and understanding dimensions. The level of leadership behavior of students in the dimension of understanding was found higher than the size of building the structure.
