Abstract:

Araştırınada, ferdi spor branşlarından olan, Taekwondo ve Judo ile takım sporlarından olan Futbol ve Voleybol branşlarında mücadele eden elit sporcuların, fizıksel ve fizyolojik parametreler açısmdan farklılık ve benzerliklerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Sporcuların fiziksel özellikleri, kuvvetleri, dikey sıçrama, anaerobik güç, 30 m sprint, max. V02, gövde esnekliği ve viicut yağ yüzdesi parametreleri ölçüldü. AraştITIml'a, 30 elit voleybolcu (yaş 23,30 ± 3,06) yLl , 32 ela fi.ıtbolcu (yaş 22,28 ± 2,99 yıl), 39 el it taekwondocu (yaş 23,31 ± 2,88 yıl) ve 33 elit juclocu (yaş 20,73 ± 1,70 yıl) olmak üzere toplam 134 elit sporcu gönüJlü olarak katılmıştır. htatistiksel analizler için SPSS programı kullanılmıştı!'. Gruplar arasındaki farklılığı bulmak için independent 't' testi uygulanmıştır. FerCıi ve takııu sporcularının fizjksel ve fizyolojik parametrelerinin karşılaştlfJlmasl sonucunda, yaş, kilo ve anaerobik güç parametrelerinde anlamlı farkiılıklar bulımamamıştır. Boy ve dikey sıçrama parametrelerinde takım sporcuları lehine 0,0 i düzeyinde anlamlı farkl ilıklar bulunurken, pençe ve relatif pençe kuvveti, bacak ve relatif bacak kuvveti, s~rt ve relatif sırt kuvveti, 30 m sprint, max V02, gövde esnekliği ve vücut yağ yüzdesi parametrelerinde ferdi sporcuları lehine 0,01 düzeyinde anlamlı farklıllklar bulunmuştur(p

Abstract:

The study aimed at studying the differences and similarities of elite athletes fighting in football and volleyball branches, from the sports branches of ferdi, from the Taekwondo and Judo and from the team sports, from the physical and physiological parameters. The physical characteristics of the athletes, strengths, vertical jumping, anaerobic power, 30 m sprint, max. V02 measures body flexibility and viicut fat percentage parameters. The research team included a total of 134 elite athletes, including 30 elite volley players (age 23.30 ± 3.06) yLl, 32 elite fi.turbals (age 22.28 ± 2.99 years), 39 elite taekwondocu (age 23.31 ± 2.88 years) and 33 elite juclocu (age 20.73 ± 1.70 years). The SPSS program was used for statistical analysis!“ . . The independent 't' test was applied to find the difference between the groups. The comparison of physical and physiological parameters of FerCei and Jewelry athletes has resulted in no significant differences in age, weight and anaerobic power parameters.
