Superior mesenteric artery syndrome also known as Wilkie’s syndrome is a rare cause of abdominal pain. The duodenum is compressed as a result of narrowing the angle and also distance between abdominal aorta and superior mesenteric artery. The diagnosis of Wilkie’s syndrome is difficult and many patients have been followed up and treated as dyspepsia. Contrast enhanced abdominal CT is the main diagnostic tool. In this study, we aimed to present a 20 years-old woman with Wilkie’s syndrome who admitted to our emergency service due to abdominal pain and emesis.
