Öğretmenlik mesleği, öğrencilere bilgi, beceri, deneyim, tutum, davranış ve değerlerin kazandırılmasını amaçlayan, alanında özel yetiştirilmiş bireyler tarafından gerçekleştirilen profesyonel bir meslektir. Bu bakımdan öğretmenlerin kişisel ve mesleki alanda bazı yeterliklerinin bulunması gerekir. Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından öğretmenlerin yeterliklerine ilişkin çalışmalar yapılmış ve mesleki bilgi, mesleki beceri, tutum ve değerlere ilişkin yeterlik alanları belirlenmiştir. Bu araştırmada Öğrencilerin Değer Kazanımlarında Öğretmenlerin Etkisinin İncelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.Bu amaçla literatürde yeralan araştırmalardan faydalanılarak değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda çocukların değer kazanımlarının erken çocukluk dönemlerinden itibaren ve aile ortamında başladığı belirlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte çocuklarda değerlerin gelişimi önemli düzeyde okul ortamında eğitsel süreçler ve sosyal ilişkiler aracılığıyla sağlanmaktadır. Öğretmelerin değer eğitimine ilişkin çalışmaları, eğitim öğretim programı içerisinde yer alan etkinlikler aracılığıyla yapılmaktadır. Çocuklarda değerlerin eksik olması, tutum ve davranışlarda bozukluklara yol açan, çocukların dışlanma, yalnızlık, kaygı ve mutsuzluk gibi algılara neden olmaktadır. Bu durumda çocuklarda davranış bozuklukları ile birlikte, sosyal medya ve madde bağımlılığı gibi istenmeyen durumlar görülebilmektedir.
The teaching profession is a professional profession carried out by specifically trained individuals in the field, aiming to provide students with knowledge, skills, experience, attitudes, behaviors and values. In this regard, teachers need to have some skills in the personal and professional field. The Ministry of National Education has conducted studies on the qualifications of teachers and determined the fields of qualifications related to professional knowledge, professional skills, attitudes and values. This study is aimed at examining the influence of teachers on the earnings of value of students.For this purpose, evaluations have been made using the research found in literature. The study found that children’s value gain began from early childhood and in the family environment. However, the development of values in children is significantly achieved through educational processes and social relationships in the school environment. The work on the value of teaching is done through the activities included in the teaching program. The lack of values in children, which causes disorders in attitudes and behaviors, causes children to feelings such as exclusion, loneliness, anxiety and unhappiness. In this case, with behavioral disorders in children, unwanted situations such as social media and drug addiction can be seen.

In this study, the Investigation of Teachers' Effect on Students' Value Acquisitions was matched. For this purpose, evaluations were made by making use of the researches in the literature. As a result of the research, it has been determined that the value acquisition of children starts from early childhood and in the family environment. However, the development of values in children is provided at a significant level through educational processes and social relations in the school environment. Teachers' work on value education is carried out through the activities included in the education program. The lack of values in children causes perceptions such as exclusion, loneliness, anxiety and unhappiness, which lead to disorders in attitudes and behaviors. In this case, undesirable situations such as social media and substance abuse can be seen in children along with behavioral disorders.
