Abstract:

It is a town that is located in the roof of the roof of the roof of the roof. Gulüdere, who remained in the southeastern part of Aşkale and has the status of neighbor with the latest legal regulations, moved to the new settlement in the northwest of his former settlement after the earthquake that occurred on March 28, 2004. In addition to the mosque that is the subject of our research in Rullüdere, there is a castle, also known as the Iron Castle, about 1 km south-east of the neighborhood. The mosque in the village is located in the old settlement and on the northwest side of the village. Built in 1825 and renovated in 1909, this mosque is a representative of wooden roofed and wooden roofed mosques that can be observed in a wide range of times from early times to today in almost every city of Anadolu. In the plan of the mosque in response to the continuation of the tradition, the late Ottoman era features are seen. These decorations should be considered as an explanation of the Westernization period style in the capital Istanbul. This situation in the decorations of the mosque is a generalizable application for the other examples of Anadolu during the period. In our work, with the promotion of the mosque, we have been trying to reveal the existence of a mosque by movement from similar examples, especially in Erzurum and around it.
