So many results that aren't mine?

Kedi ve köpeklerde güç doğum olgularında medikal ya da cerrahi yaklaşıma zamanında karar verilmesi hem anne hem de yavruların sağlığı açısından çok önemli olup olguların çoğunda operasyon sezaryen veya en-blok ovaryohisterektomi gibi şirurjikal yaklaşımlar kaçınılmaz olmaktadır. Operasyonunun gerekliliği; doğumun aşamalarının ilerleyişine, annenin genel durumuna ve fötal yaşamsal parametrelere bağlı olarak değişmektedir. Bu derlemede evcil karnivorlarda güç doğum olgusuna şirujikal yaklaşım yöntemleri ve anestezi seçenekleri sunulmaktadır.
