Ülkemizin gelişmişlik seviyesinin yükseltilmesi açısından, yerelden gerçekleşecek gelişmeler önem arz etmektedir. Yerelde gerçekleştirilecek çalışmaların en önemlileri arasında kooperatiflerin yapacağı çalışmalar gösterilebilir. Kooperatiflerin faaliyetlerinde başarıyı yakalamaları kendi ortakları, sosyal çevreleri ve nihai olarak bölge / ülke açısından önemlidir. Ancak ölçülemeyen bir olgunun başarı seviyesinin belirlenmesi de bilimsel açıdan mümkün görünmemektedir. Bu anlamda çalışmamız kapsamında kooperatif ortaklarının memnuniyeti bağlamında kooperatif performanslarının ölçülmesini hedefleyen “Kooperatifler İçin Başarı Kriterleri Ölçeği”, yine günlük hayatta en fazla karşılaşılan “Kadın Kooperatifi, Tarım Satış Kooperatifi, Üretim ve Pazarlama Kooperatifi ile Tarımsal Kalkınma Kooperatifi” ortakları üzerinde yapılan çalışmayla ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu sayede kooperatiflerin başarılı sayılmalarına dayanak gösterilecek bir takım başarı kriterlerini içeren bilimsel bir ölçek geliştirerek bilimsel yazına katkı sağlamak hedeflenmiştir. In terms of the level of development of our country, the developments from the local are important. Among the most important works to be carried out in the local area can be the works that cooperatives will do. The success of cooperatives in their activities is important for their own partners, social environments, and ultimately for the region / country. However, it is not scientifically possible to determine the level of success of an unmeasurable phenomenon. In this sense, our work is aimed at measuring the cooperative performance in the context of the satisfaction of cooperative partners, the "Certificate of Success Criteria for Cooperatives" has been attempted to be revealed with the work done on the partners "Women Cooperative, Agricultural Sales Cooperative, Production and Marketing Cooperative and Agricultural Development Cooperative" which is the most common in everyday life. Thus, it is aimed to contribute to the scientific literature by developing a scientific scale containing a set of success criteria that will be based on the success of cooperatives. The success of cooperatives is important for their partners, their social environment, for the region and the country. However, it is not scientifically possible to determine the success level of an immeasurable phenomenon. Therefore within the scope of this study, in the context of the satisfaction of the cooperative partners, "Success Criteria Scale for Cooperatives" -which aims to measure cooperative performance- has been tried to be revealed by working on partners of the most frequently encountered cooperatives in daily life (such as "Women's Cooperatives, Agricultural Sales Cooperatives, Production and Marketing Cooperatives and Agricultural Development Cooperatives".) In this way, it is aimed to contribute to the literature by developing a scientific scale that includes a number of success criteria that will be used as a basis for the success of cooperatives.
