Abstract:

Purpose: In this study, colonoscopy was aimed at evaluating the hemodynamic effects of sedo/analysis applications provided by interim propofol and continuous remifentanil infusion, reactions, periods of aggregation, periods of the events departing from the hospital, the doctor and patient health.Method: After receiving illuminated confirmations of patients, the physical condition of ASAI-III, remifentanil 0.025 μg/kg/min continuous infusion was administered to patients aged 18–70 and 54 years. Two minutes after the start of remifentanilin infusion, propofol was given 0.5 mg/kg iv as a hypnotic medication. 0.25 mg/kg propofol iv was given when the ectose was needed. During the colonoscopy, the doses of the applicantoplam propofol, the duration of the colonoscopy, the duration of anesthesia, the duration of awakening and the duration of compilation were adjusted. Results: The average age of 54 incidents included in the study was 49.8. 38 of the cases were male (71%) and 16 were female (29%). The colonoscopy was diagnosed in 42 cases and followed in 12 cases. In 5(9%) of our patients, hypotension, apnea in 4(7.2) and bradykardi in 3(5) were observed, while in 10(18) patients, injection-related arm pain was observed. The average awakening time during the colonoscopy was observed at 6.4 minutes, while the average compilation time was observed at 28.5 minutes.The result: With this article, the short effect of propofolin, the lack of side effects and the antiemetic characteristics of the colonoscopy can be used in the form of interim infusion in sedation applications for colonoscopy. In addition, the remifentanil infusion also reduces the propofolticity with an effective analgesic and provides a quick and problem-free compilation.
