Gastric cancer is one of the most common cancer types in the world and in our country. Patients may present with symptoms such as weight loss, abdominal pain, feeling of early satiety, and may be asymptomatic in early stage. Gastric cancer rarely accompanies paraneoplastic syndromes and Guillan-Barre is one of the neoplastic syndrome. Our patient was followed with weight loss, epigastric pain and acute onset bilateral weakness in the internal medicine clinic and demiyelinating sensomotor radiculoneuritis and gastric cancer were detected in the tests performed. In our present case, we considered this association as paraneoplastic Guillain-Barre syndrome due to gastric cancer.
