Changing the positions of women in politics and economic life in society and the participation of women in managerial positions in institutions remain among the issues worth examining. In this qualitatively designed study, the human resources practices of women-friendly institutions with a high number of women managers determined by Capital Magazine were examined. The information obtained from the official web pages in the human resources applications of the determined institutions has been interpreted. The recruitment and evaluation performance evaluation and career paths for the human resources practices of the institutions, training and development practices for the employees were examined. Content analysis was also conducted on the statements of human resources policies applied by institutions for human resources on their official websites. Accordingly, it is stated that the institutions announce open positions for recruitment through career websites such as Kariyer.net, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter channels. It has been stated that recruitment is carried out in institutions by conducting a CV examination, personality inventory, general aptitude test, technical proficiency exam, second interview, and if necessary, a foreign language exam. Under the headings of training and development, it has been conveyed that the trainings usually specified by the institutions include technical training such as manager training, leadership, brand representation, worker health and safety, product preparation, system training, artificial intelligence, data analytics, marketing, SQL, and excel. It is seen that institutions mostly offer opportunities for continuous improvement and create equal opportunities for all of their employees in their statements for human resources policies.
