Özet Liderlik, izleyicileri olan kişilerarası etkileşimi ve ikna sürecini içeren, belirli bir hareketin gerçekleşmesi veya belirli amaçlara ulaşılması için izleyicilerine yol göstermede etkileme yöntemini kullanan, örgüt içerisinde zaman zaman resmi ve tanımlanmış, zaman zaman ise gayri resmi ve esnek hiyerarşiyi kullanan kişidir. Yeni liderlik yaklaşımları olarak ele alınan otokratik lider, tam serbesti tanıyan lider, demokratik lider, karizmatik lider, etkileşimci lider, dönüşümcü lider, vizyoner lider ve etik liderler hakkında Türkçe yazında çok sayıda çalışma bulunmasına rağmen, kendisine, başkalarına ve örgüte liderlik yapan hatta aşan stratejik bir lider olarak nitelendirilen aşkın lider hakkında yabancı yazında az sayıda ancak Türkçe yazında ise yalnızca birkaç araştırma yer almaktadır. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın amacı aşkın liderlikle ilgili teorik anlamda var olan eksikliğin giderilmesini sağlamaya çalışmaktır

Abstract Leadership is a person that includes the interpersonal interaction and persuasion process with the audience, uses the influence method to guide the audience in order to realize a certain action or achieve certain goals, uses formal and defined, sometimes informal and flexible hierarchy within the organization. Although there are many studies in Turkish literature on the autocratic leader, Laissez-Faire leader, democratic leader, charismatic leader, interaction leader, transformational leader, visionary leader and ethical leaders, which are considered as new leadership approaches, There are few studies in foreign literature, but only a few studies in Turkish literature about the transcendent leader, who is described as a strategic leader who leads or even surpasses himself, others and the organization. In this context, the aim of the study is trying to eliminate the theoretical deficiency regarding transcendental leadership
