İşgücü piyasası ve işgücü piyasasına ait veriler, bir bölgenin veya bir şehrin mevcut durumu ile bu mevcut durumda yaşanan değişimlerin değerlendirilmesi için önem taşımaktadır. Gelişmekte olan bölgelerin yaşadığı temel sorunlardan biri olan işsizlik, ekonomik gelişmenin ve bölgesel kalkınmanın sağlanabilmesi için mücadele edilmesi zorunlu olan bir durumdur. Bir durum analizi olan bu çalışmada öncelikle işgücü piyasasının temel kavramları açıklanarak, TÜİK (Türkiye İstatistik Enstitüsü) verileri doğrultusunda Elazığ ilinin işgücü piyasasının durumu incelenmiş ve genel bir değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmuştur.
The data on the labour market and the labour market are important for the assessment of the current situation of a region or city and the changes that occur in this current situation. Unemployment, one of the main problems that developing regions are facing, is a situation that is necessary to fight in order to ensure economic development and regional development. This study, which is a situation analysis, first explained the basic concepts of the labour market, according to the TÜIK (Turkish Statistical Institute) data, the state of the labour market in the province of Elazığ was studied and subjected to a general assessment.
