MÜRSEL VE MÜDELLES RİVÂYETLER - İBNÜ’L-MİBRED EL-MAKDİSÎ (ö.909/1503) ÖZELİNDE

Abstract:

Göndermek, salıvermek ve bırakmak anlamında kullanılan irsal terimi, hadis ıstılahında tabiin neslinden olan birinin sahabeyi atlayarak doğrudan Hz. Peygamber’den hadis rivayet etmesidir. Usul alimleri ile bazı fıkıhçıların kullanımına göre ise irsal, hadisi senedinde yer alan bir veya birkaç raviyi düşürerek rivayet etmektir. Bu durumda irsal yaparak hadis rivayet eden raviye mürsil; bu şekilde irsal eyleminde bulunan ravinin rivayet ettiği hadise de mürsel hadis denilmiştir. Bir şeyin kusurunu gizlemek anlamında kullanılan tedlis ise hadis ıstılahında herhangi bir râvînin görüşmediği veya görüştüğü halde kendisinden hadis dinlemediği hocasından işittiği vehmini uyandıracak şekilde rivayette bulunmasıdır. Buradan hareketle bir râvînin naklettiği hadisin isnadında muhatabı aldatarak görüşmediği veya görüştüğü halde hadis rivâyet etmediği hocasından işittiği zannını uyandıracak biçimde rivayet ettiği hadise müdelles hadis denilmiştir. Hadisin senedindeki râvîlere ve rivayet lafızlarına yönelik müdahalelerde bulunan bu kişilere müdellis râvî denir. Mürsil ve müdellis râvînin irsal ve tedlis yaparak naklettiği hadisin hükmü değeri konusunda âlimler muhtelif görüşler ileri sürmüşlerdir. Ancak genel olarak bu türden olan rivayetler, zayıf hadis kategorisinde değerlendirilmiştir. Hadis rivayetinde hassas bir noktaya temas etmesi açısından Mürsel ve müdelles hadis, aynı zamanda hadis usûlünün önemli konularından birisidir ve hadis tarihinde bu konuyla ilgili pek çok muhaddis âlim önemli malumatlar kaydetmiştir. Bu muhaddislerden birisi de İbnü’l-Mibred el-Makdisî’dir (ö.909/1503). Bilhassa Hadis ilimleri ve Hanbelî fıkhında temayüz eden İbnü’l-Mibred, dört yüzün üzerinde eser kaleme almıştır. Bu çalışmada çeşitli eserlerinden hareketle İbnü’l-Mibred’in Mürsel ve müdelles rivâyetlerle ilgili yaklaşımı incelenecektir.
