Abstract:

In order to benefit from the educational functions of art, children must be fed by visual and linguistic communications of the world of emotions and thoughts, starting from young age. The main tools and tools in which the artist wants to share the feelings and thoughts with the reader are children's literature works. Intention to children and the truth of life, the ability to describe the language, the introduction; literary works play an important role in the sensation of all the subtilities of the motherhood. There are also poems at the beginning of these products. Poems with their short, influential and simple narratives, sleeping structures, images, design and call sizes; a unique source that shows the children the original, inner way of Turkish narrative. The ability of the child to communicate with poetry depends on the structure of the sound patterns formed by the words in the series with an understanding that surrounds the child’s interests and needs, and the reformation with the dream and thought power. For this reason, the language's narrative possibilities must be surrounded by child's reality. In this study, Aytül Akal and Mavisel Yener's poem book "Poetry Cat Capture" will also try to determine whether the poems that will be studied in terms of child reality are in accordance with child reality.
