In this study, the diagnosis of "hemophilia" and a patient with coronary artery bypass in the cardiovascular surgery clinic are intended to determine the daily needs of a patient according to the Roper, Logan and Tierney Daily Life Activities Model and to plan appropriate initiatives to address these requirements. Problems identified in the case are: risk of falling, risk of bleeding, lack of information related to the disease process, inefficiency in cleaning the airway, fatigue, pain, high blood glucose levels, disruption in sleep and disruption in physical activity.
