Abstract:

Bu araştırma Türkiye'nin Doğu Anadolu Bölgesi'nin ekolojik koşullarında kışlık olarak yetiştirilen Macar fiği (Vicia pannonica) ile Arpa (Hordeum vulgare L.)'nın farklı karışım oranlarından elde edilen silajın kalite parametrelerini belirlemek amacıyla 2017-2018 yılında yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada Macar fiği (Anadolu pembesi), Arpa (Tokak 157/37) çeşitleri kullanılmıştır. Silaj %100 Macar fiği (MF), %100 arpa (A), %70 Macar fiği + %30 arpa, %50 Macar fiği + %50 arpa ve %30 Macar fiği + %70 arpa karışım oranlarından elde edilmiştir.

2019

Abstract:

This research was carried out in 2017-2018 with the aim of determining the quality parameters of the silage obtained from the different mixture rates of the Hungarian fique (Vicia pannonica) and Arpa (Hordeum vulgare L.) cultivated in winter in the ecological conditions of the Eastern Anadolu Region of Turkey. In the study; Hungarian fique (Anadolu pink) and Arpa (Tokak 157/37) varieties were used. Silage; 100% Hungarian fique, 100% arpa, 70% Hungarian fique + 30% arpa, 50% Hungarian fique + 50% arpa and 30% Hungarian fique + 70% arpa are derived from the mixture and mixture rates. Materials are filled and compressed in plastic bottles, mixed uniformly so that the mouth is covered and does not get air. The cabinets are 3 lt, and are prepared for 4 wheels. The quality and organic acid values are determined by opening the prepared silage cups after 60 days. According to the average analysis results; acid detergent unsoluble fiber (ADF), neutral detergent unsoluble fiber (NDF), silage dry substance ratio (KM), raw protein (HP) ratio, pH and relative feed value (NYD) respectively 31.44, 45.10, 24.89, 13.79, 3.93 and 134.20; average lactic acid (LA), acetic acid (AA), butiric acid (BA) and propionic acid (PA) ratio respectively 1.56, 0.60%, 0.42, 0.06; calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P) and magnesium (Mg) ratio respectively 1.31, 0.56, 0.20%. The findings were considered as the highest raw protein ratio and the lowest ADF and NDF ratio, and the conclusion was that the silage of the 70 % Hungarian fiber + 30 % arpa mixture was superior to the silage obtained from the other mixture.

Determination Of Chemical Composition and Quality Properties Of Silage Produced By Mixing Green Hungarian Vetch and Barley In Various Proportions
2019

Abstract:

This research was conducted in Eastern Anatolia Region of Turkey in 2017-2018 to determine the nutritive values of the silage that produced by mixing Hungarian vetch (Vicia pannonica) and barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) with different levels. Hungarian vetch (Anatolian pink), Barley (Tokak 157/37) varieties were used in the study. Hungarian vetch and barley plants were planted separately. Mixture ratios were 100% Hungarian vetch, 100% barley, 70% Hungarian vetch + 30% barley, 50% Hungarian vetch + 50% barley and 30% Hungarian vetch + 70% barley. The silages were uniformly mixed and compressed in 3 lt plastic jars with good air isolation in 4 repetitions. The prepared silage jars were opened after 60 days and the quality and organic acid values were determined. The results indicvated that acid detergent insoluble fiber (ADF), neutral detergent insoluble fiber (NDF), silage dry matter ratio (DM), crude protein (CP) ratio, pH and relative feed value (RFV) were respectively 31.44%, 45.10%, 24.89%, 13.79%, 3.93 and 134.20 while, average lactic acid (LA), acetic acid (AA), butyric acid (BA) and propionic acid (PA) ratios were 1.56%, 0.60%, 0.42%, 0.06%, respectively. The ratios of calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P) and magnesium (Mg) were as 1.31%, 0.56% and 0.20%, respectively. According to the results of the present research; when considered the highest crude protein, the lowest ADF and NDF ratio, 100% Hungarian vetch and 70% Hungarian vetch with 30% barley silage mixture was found to be superior compared to other mixtures.
