Abstract:

Önceki yıllarda , besin aliminin bedende depolanan enerji miktarıyla ilintili olduğu, daha sonraları sindirim aygıtından salgılanan peptid türündeki kolesistokiniıı, bombesin, gastrin salgılayan p e p tid ve glukagon gibi hormonların oluşturdukları tokluk sinyalleri ile besin aliminin denetiminde etkili oldukları açıklanmıştır. Leptinin tanınmasıyla besin aliminin denetiminde yağ dokusunda üretilen bazı peptidlerin de rol aldığı, bu peptidlerle ilgili gen mutasyonları üzerinde araştırmalar yoğunlaşmıştır. Bu yazı bu araştırmaların kısa bir özetini içermektedir.

In the previous years, it has been revealed that the nutritional nutrition is linked to the amount of energy stored in the body, that they are effective in the control of the nutritional nutrition with the cholesystocin in the type of peptide, which is later dissolved from the digestive system, the hormones such as bombesin, gastrin dissolving p e p tid and glucagon. With the recognition of leptin, some peptides produced in the fat tissue in the supervision of the nutritional scientist, the research focused on genetic mutations related to these peptides. This article contains a brief summary of this research.
