Abstract The paper presents an analysis of the comprehension and understanding of tutors on the process of continuing education developed in a virtual learning environment in the reality of a social sports program. The research, based on documentary research, analyzed the Management Report 2013 Educational Development General Coordination of Ministry of Sports. The data indicate that the virtual learning environment is seen as an opportunity to approach and continuous reflection with the participants of the Second Half Program, pointing the action of continuing education required to act in the tutor perspective. Thus, it appears that the relationships established through the virtual learning environment contribute effectively to effect the assimilation of content and its implementation with the participants of the process and the daily classes of the program.
