Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to study the levels of self-respect, anxiety and professional satisfaction of the judges who are in the professional football leagues in Turkey, in terms of their experience of judgment, and to determine the relationships between these variables. The study included a total of 84 football judges working in different classmates in professional football leagues (Judge age = 7.98±3.0). In the research, it was used to measure self-esteem as the data collection material in Cooper Smith’s Self-esteem Reserve, Illions’ Self-Evaluation Reserve and Minesota Business Doyum Scale to measure the level of anxiety and self-confidence. For the analysis of the findings obtained, SPSS 15. Through the 0 package program, identifiable statistics, t tests in independent groups and Pearson coleration analyses have been applied. The analysis of the data found that the levels of self-confidence of participants varied according to their judgment experience, while there were no statistically significant differences in self-respect, level of concern and level of business satisfaction. There have also been significant relationships between the variables subject to analysis.
