This study is aimed at studying the prevalence of fungi infections seen in the Bursa and surrounding cleaning companies and the determination of effective types of fungi, together with the study of predisposition factors that are important in these infections. In a total of 6 stations, 84 cows were studied, 20 of 84 cows (23.8%) clinically observed symptoms of fungal infection. By taking samples of larva and worker bees from 20 cows that show the findings of larva and worker bees, both types of material (larva and worker bees) from the clinically suspected 20 cows that were taken from the clinically suspected fungal infection were isolated by both isolation methods (100%) by the factor of larva and worker bees. Furthermore, four (%20) of the worker bees of 20 cows are also penicillium spp. It is isolated. As a result of the isolation scratches, the species of fungi that are the cause of stone disease have not been found and the measurements resulted in the isolates identified as Ascosphaera apis (A.apis). Examples were taken to determine the presence of predisposition factors that could be effective in the situation of fungal infection in the areas and enterprises in which the samples were taken to study whether there was active reproduction of cows over two months intervals. In 19 of the 20 cows that have found fungi infections and were isolated by A. apis (95%) Varroa infection and in 17 cows (85%) protection antibiotics (Apimisin-Eritromycin) were used. According to the Ki-Kare test, Varroa infection was statistically more important than other predisposition factors in cranberry infections.
