DÜVELERDE DEGİŞİK YOLLARDAN VE FARKLI DOZDA VERİLEN LUPROSTİOL'ÜN LUTEOLİTİK ETKİSİ VE GEBELİK ORANININ ARAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada farklı yollardan düşük dozda PGF2α uygulanarak luteolitik etkisi ve bunu takiben elde edilen gebelik oranı araştırıdı. Tubüler genital organlarında herhangi bir bozukluk olmayan ve ovaryumları aktivite gösteren 2-3 yaşında 15 baş isviçre Esrmeri düve, senkronize edildikten sonra (15 mg Luprostiol İM) rastgele 3 gruba ayrılarak, 1. gruba (İM) bir prostaglandin F2a analoğu olan Luprostiol 15 mg intramüsküler, 2. gruba (İVSM) 3.75 mg intravulva-submukozal ve 3. gruba(İO) 0.75 mg intraovarian yoldan enjekte edildi. Enjeksiyondan hemen önce ve bunu takibeden 5 gün süreyle jugular kan örnekleri toplanarak plazma progesteron miktarı belirlendi. Östrüsün dış belirtilerinin gözlenmesi ve plazma progesteron miktan belirlenerek yapilan değerlendirme sonucuna göre, her üç gruptan birer hayvan da luteolizis oluşmadı. İM ve İO prostaglandin uygulanan grupta geriye kalan hayvaniann tümünde (4 hayvan) luteolizis oluştu (%80), İVSM prostaglandin verilen grupta 4 hayvandan 2'sinde (%40) luteolizis oluşurken kalan 2'sinde (%40) luteolizis'te gecikme gözlendi. Plazma progesteron miktarı 1. ve 3. gruptaki hayvanlarda ilaç uygulamasmdan sonraki 24 saatte 1 ng/ml'nin altına düşerken 2. grupta bunlara nazaran daha yüksek seviyede kaldi. Östrüsün dış belirtilerine dayanılarak yapılan tesbitte, İM ve İVSM gruplarda östrüslerin 49-72. saatler arasına yoğunlaştığı gözlenmesine karşılık, İO grupda diğer iki gruba nazaran daha erken dönemde oluştu (24-36. saatler arasında). Östrüs belirtilerine göre bu sürenin ikinci yarısında sun'i tohumlama uygulanan hayvanlarda gebelik oranı ise İO grupta en yüksek olarak bulundu (% 100)

The Luteolithic Effect of LUPROSTIOL given in Different Doses and Infectious Rate

This study examined the luteolithic effect and the resulting pregnancy rate by applying PGF2α in low doses from different ways. After synchronization (15 mg Luprostiol IM) randomly divided into 3 groups, without any disorders in the tubular genital organs and showing ovarian activity in the age of 2-3 years, Luprostiol 15 mg intramuscular, which is an analogy of a prostaglandin F2a in the 1st group (IM), injected in the 2nd group (IVSM) 3.75 mg intravulva-submukozal and in the 3rd group (IO) 0.75 mg intraovarian. The amount of plasma progesterone was determined by gathering blood samples for 5 days before and after the injection. According to the observation of external symptoms of asthma and assessment by determining the plasma progesterone amount, one of the three groups of animals did not develop luteolysis. Luteolysis was observed in all the remaining animals (4 animals) of the IM and IO prostaglandin-applicated group (80%) and luteolysis was observed in 2 of the 4 animals (40%) of the IVSM prostaglandin-applicated group (40%) while luteolysis was observed in the remaining 2 (40%) of the luteolysis. The plasma progesterone levels fell below 1 ng/ml in animals in the 1st and 3rd groups in 24 hours after the drug was administered, while the 2nd group remained at a higher level than those in Nazareth. Based on the external signs of estrogen, in the IM and IVSM groups of estrogen 49-72. In contrast to the observation that it was concentrated between the hours, the IO group formed in a period earlier than the other two groups (24-36 hours). According to the signs of asthma in the second half of this period, the rate of pregnancy in animals applied to sun seed was the highest in the IO group (% 100).
