Abstract:

This study is 11-14. It is a significant transition between Central Asia, Tibet, China and Inner Asia for centuries and also the center of the Tangut State, which is the study of the Chinese text of the laws printed under the name of Tiansheng Laws, which deals with its laws on livestock. Through the laws proclaimed by Li Yuanhao, who established the state on animal murder, use, animal and animal products sale and the initiative to take control of production, consumption and trade in Tangut state, the main principles of Tangut animal policy in this period are also studied as well as its effects on the surrounding lengths. Though originally Tibetan migrants were a people, Tanguts, who left many written works behind and left the written laws of the Gengiz law of the migrants, except the Ordos region where they lived, have influenced the Gansu Uyghurs, the Mongolians, the northern regions of the Tibetan Plato, and even the Karahanis. In this context, the study of these laws will also keep light on the approach of other immigrant states in the field of livestock.
