Alchemilla persica'nın farklı polaritedeki çözücülerde antioksidan, antimikrobial ve antiisitotoksik etkilerinin belirlenmesi

Alchemilla persica, hekzan, diklorometan, etil asetat, metanol ve su gibi artan polariteye sahip çözücülerde farklı polaritelere sahip bitki özleri elde edildi. Antioksidan aktivitenin belirlenmesinde toplam fenol içeriği, toplam flavonoid içeriği ve likopen içeriği etil asetat, fenolik asit içeriği hegzan ekstraktında; β –karoten içeriği metanol ekstraktında diğer ekstraktlara göre yüksek olarak belirlenmiştir. Toplam antioksidan aktivite, DPPH serbest radikal giderme aktivitesi, metal şelatlama kapasitesi, toplam indirgeme gücü, hidrojen peroksit giderme, hidroksil radikal uzaklaştırma aktiviteleri farklı konsantrasyonlarda belirlenmiştir. Antimikrobiyal aktivitenin belirlenmesinde agar disk difüzyon tekniği kullanıldı. Antimikrobiyal testlerde, Alchemilla persica'nın diklorometan ekstraktı, en yüksek aktiviteye sahip ekstrakt olarak belirlendi.. Etil asetat ekstresinin antimikrobiyal özelliği, diklorometan ekstraktına hemen hemen benzerdi. Bu ekstraktları antimikrobiyal değerlendirmede metanol ve su ekstreleri izledi. Alchemilla persica'nın farklı özütleriyle yapılan antioksidan çalışmaları sonucunda, α-tokoferol, BHA, BHT ve Trolox gibi standart antioksidanlardan daha etkili olduğu bulunmuştur. Bitki ekstraktlarından su ve metanol ekstraktları anti-sitotoksik etki için çalışılmış ve bu ekstraktlar farklı konsantrasyonlarda hücre büyümesini engellemiştir. Çalışmada elde edilen sonuçlar bu Alchemilla persica türüne ait ekstrelerin antioksidan, antimikrobiyal ve antisitotoksik etki gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. In solvents with increased polarity such as Alchemilla persica, hexane, dicloromethan, ethyl acetate, methanol and water, plant extracts with different polarities were obtained. In the determination of antioxidant activity, the total phenol content, the total flavonoid content and the likopen content are determined as high compared to the other extracts in the ethyl acetate, the phenolic acid content in the hegzan extract; the β-carotene content is determined as high compared to the other extracts in the methanol extract. Total antioxidant activity, DPPH free radicals elimination activity, metal shelling capacity, total deduction power, hydrogen peroxide elimination, hydroxyl radicals elimination activities are determined in different concentrations. In determining antimicrobial activity, the agar disk diffusion technique was used. In antimicrobial tests, Alchemilla persica's dicloromethane extract was determined as the highest activity extract..The antimicrobial properties of ethyl acetate extract were almost similar to the dicloromethane extract. These extracts were followed by methanol and water extracts in antimicrobial assessment. As a result of antioxidant studies with different extracts of Alchemilla persica, it has been found to be more effective than standard antioxidants such as α-tokoferol, BHA, BHT and Trolox. Water and methanol extract from plant extracts have been studied for anti-citotoxic effects and these extracts have prevented cell growth in different concentrations. The results of the study have found that the extract of this Alchemilla persica species has antioxidant, antimicrobial and antisitoxic effects.
