XVI. yüzyılın ikinci yarısında dünyaya gelen Şeyhülislâm Yahyâ (ö. 1644), yaşadığı devrin önde gelen âlimlerinden ve seçkin şairlerinden biridir. Onun pek çok araştırmaya konu olan Dîvân’ı, biri Arap harfleriyle olmak üzere üç kez neşredilmiştir. Söz konusu neşirler incelendiğinde, bu çalışmalarda Dîvân’ın kimi nüshalarına başvurulmadığı görülmüştür. Makalede, Dîvân neşirlerinde yer almayan nüshalar tespit edilmeye çalışılmış; ulaşılabilenler incelenerek nüshaların muhtevalarıyla ilgili bilgiler verilmiş ve şairin daha evvel neşredilmemiş şiirleri ortaya koyulmuştur. Makalede öncelikle Şeyhülislâm Yahyâ Dîvân’ı neşirleri tanıtılmış; daha sonra Dîvân’ın neşirlerde bulunmayan nüshaları, “Şeyhülislâm Yahyâ Dîvân’ının Kütüphanelerde Taşlıcalı Yahyâ Bey Adına Kayıtlı Nüshaları” ve “Şeyhülislâm Yahyâ Dîvân’ının Neşirlerde Başvurulmayan Diğer Nüshaları” başlıkları altında okuyucuya sunulmuştur. Çalışmanın sonraki aşamasında nüshalarda tespit edilen şiirlerin ilk mısralarının kayıt altına alındığı, şiirlerin nüshalardaki yerini gösteren tablolar bulunmaktadır. Yahyâ’nın yeni tespit edilen nüshalarda bulunan ve daha önce neşredilmemiş şiirlerinin transkribe edilmiş metinleri, çalışma sonunda verilmiştir.
Shaykh al-Islam Yahyâ (d. 1644), born in the second half of the 16th century, is one of the leading scholars and distinguished poets of his period. His Dîvân, which is the subject of many researches, was published three times and one of these was in Arabic. It was observed in the examination of the aforementioned publications that some copies of the Dîvân were not consulted in these studies. In this article, we tried to identify the copies not consulted in the Dîvân publications, provided information about the contents of the copies by examining the accessible ones and revealed the poet's previously unpublished poems. Firstly in the article, the publications of Shaykh al-Islam Yahyâ Dîvân were presented. Later, the copies of the Dîvân not included in the publications were presented to readers with the following titles: “The Copies of Shaykh al-Islam Yahyâ Dîvân Registered in the Libraries under the Name of Yahya Bey of Taşlıca” and “The Other Copies of Shaykh al-Islam Yahyâ’s Dîvân not Included in the Publications”. In the next phase of the study, there are tables in which the first lines of the poems identified in the copies are recorded and the place of the poems in the copies are presented. Transcribed texts of Yahyâ’s previously unpublished poems which found in newly identified copies were presented at the end of the study.
