Abstract:

Goal: Femur headache epifysal swelling (FBEK) is one of the common neck disorders of the age. The diagnosis is usually delayed. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the results of the detection in the position where the light and medium-intensity stable type of femur head epiphysis is swallowed with a single wire. Method and means: 10 patients with FBEK between 2000 and 2012 were identified in a position where 12 shoulders were with a single wire. When diagnosed, immobilization and early surgical treatment were applied. The immediate diagnosis of the body mass index (BMI), joint movement clarity, the swing angle in the back side radiography (without the normal angle of the opposite back) and the clinic of Heyman and Herndon in the postoperative period, the radiological results of Boyer were evaluated. The age range of patients is 11.4±1. 5 (9-14) years and the average tracking time was 62 (14-119) months. According to the Southwick method, the average sliding angle was 40° (26-50), and the average VKI was 27 kg/m2 (>95 per cent). The average pre-operative column flessions, internal and external rotation degrees were set at 100° (50°-120°), 12° (0°-30°), 64° (20°-90°) and postoperative values at 119° (100°-130°), 30° (10°-60°), 62° (50°-80°) respectively. Flexion and internal rotation movement open changes were statistically meaningful (p<0.05). Heyman and Herndon's clinical and Boyer's radiological results were successful. The result: in stable cases, it is seen as a successful method of detection with a single wire made without the application of reduction. We recommend close tracking instead of protective detection for the opposite back.
