The research that studies the factors affecting the variation observed in terms of colonial life and development characteristics between the Bombus terrestris colonies keeps up to date. The B. terrestris main bee, which has the hablodiploid reproductive system, is only coupled with a male bee. In the colonies that the primary bear founded, there is a single super sister group, and there is a genetic similarity of 75% among all female individuals that make up this group. In this study, the aim was to study the variation in terms of development characteristics between the colonies of the four different super sisters of the main bees group created using the genetic similarity of the main bees produced in the same colony. The first working bees in the colonies have been released 22-38 days, the conversion point is 3-34 days, the competition point is 20-43 days, the total number of working bees produced is 14-239 pieces, the total number of male bees is 5-446 pieces and the total number of main bees is 2-239 pieces. The results showed that even in colonies where the main bees with high genetic similarity are formed, there are significant variations in terms of developmental characteristics.
