Abstract:

Bu araştırma, 2017-2018 akademik eğitim-öğretim yılında Hindistan Jamia Millîa İslamia Üniversitesi Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı Bölümünde yabancı dil olarak öğrenilen Türkçenin yazma becerisinin öğretiminde ve öğrenilmesinde Türkçe öğrenen öğrencilerin yazma becerisi ilgili yapmış oldukları yanlışların, eksikliklerin tespit edilmesini ve bu tespitlerin çözümüne dair somut önerilerin sunulmasını amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma kapsamı içinde çalışma grubu olarak Jamia Millîa İslamia Üniversitesinde yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğrenen toplam 60 öğrenci seçilmiştir. Dönem boyunca öğrenciler için hazırlanan yazılı sınavlar ve çalışma ödevleri aracılığıyla yazılı dokuman incelemesi kullanılarak veriler toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde nitel araştırma yöntemine ait içerik analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada Hindistan Jamia Millîa İslamia Üniversitesi Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı Bölümünde okuyan öğrencilerin yazma becerisi ediniminde yaptıkları yanlışlar ve eksiklikler tespit edilmiştir. Tespit edilen bu yanlışlar ve eksiklikler için çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur. Öğrencilerin daha çok ana dilden öğrenilen hedef dile aktarımda sorunlar yaşadıkları ve ana dilin gramer yapısı ve farklı dil özelliklerine sahip olması nedeniyle öğrenilen dile etkisinin yazma becerisinde yanlışlıklara ve eksikliklere neden olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarının Hindistan Jamia Millîa İslamia Üniversitesindeki Türkçe öğrenen öğrencilere ve Türkçe öğretenlerine katkı sağlayacağı öngörülmektedir.

Abstract:

This research aims to identify the errors they have done in the teaching and learning of the writing skills of Turkish students taught as a foreign language at the Department of Turkish Language and Literature of the Jamia Millia Islamic University of India in the academic year 2017-2018 and to present concrete suggestions on the solution of these findings. As a working group within the research scope, a total of 60 students who learn Turkish as a foreign language at Jamia Millia Islamic University were selected. During the period, data was collected using written document review through written examinations and work tasks prepared for students. In the analysis of data, the content analysis technique of the quality research method has been used. In the study, the errors and shortcomings of students studying in the Turkish Language and Literature Department of the Jamia Millia Islamic University of India were identified. These errors and shortcomings have been found. It has been found that students have more problems with the transfer to the target language learned from their native language and the influence of the language learned in writing skills caused errors and deficiencies due to the grammar structure and different language characteristics of their native language. The results of the study are expected to contribute to Turkish students and Turkish teachers at the Jamia Millia Islamic University of India.

Abstract:

This research aims to provide suggestions and to determine the mistakes and deficiencies of Turkish students in the teaching and learning of Turkish language skills in the Turkish Language and Literature Department of Jamia Millia Islamia University in India in 2017-2018 academic year. Within the scope of the research, a total of 60 students studying Turkish as a foreign language at Jamia Millia Islamia University were selected as the study group. During the semester, data were collected through written exams and written homework. The content analysis technique of qualitative research method was used in the analysis of the data. In this study, the mistakes and deficiencies of the students at the Department of Turkish Language and Literature of Jamia Millia Islamia University in India were determined. Suggestions are presented for these mistakes and deficiencies. It was found out that the students had problems in transferring to the target language learned from the mother tongue and that the effect of the learned language on writing skills caused mistakes and deficiencies in the mother tongue. It is predicted that the results of the study will contribute to the students and teachers of Turkish language learning at Jamia Millia Islamia University in India.
