It is possible to maximize the positive contribution of the universities to the socio-economic and socio-cultural structures of the cities in which they are located by determining the level of mutual perception and expectations between the university and the city. In this scope of research, Pain Ibrahim Czech University students, academic and administrative staff of economic, demographic, social, cultural, environmental, education, health, safety, urbanization, etc. It is intended to evaluate scientifically their perceptions and expectations regarding the City of Pain. The research results show that the proposals presented in the fields of security and university-city interaction are generally and largely positive, while the proposals presented in the fields of economic, social and cultural, climate and environmental, urbanization structure and level, education-education, health and social services and demographic and social areas are generally and relatively negative. In addition, all these findings indicate that the perception and expectation levels of the CIS participants in the relevant areas tend to change to a certain extent according to the variables that indicate their demographic characteristics. All the findings obtained in the study indicate the need for the policy makers to strengthen the level of interaction between the AICU and the Pain City to develop and implement socio-economic and socio-cultural policy measures, taking into account the demographic characteristics of the academic and administrative staff and the perception and expectation levels in the relevant areas related to the Pain City. Abstract Maximizing contributions of universities to socio-economic and socio-cultural structures of their cities is only possible through identifying mutual level of perception and the expectations between the university and the city. Within this scope, the purpose of the research is a scientific evaluation of perceptions and expectations of students, academic and administrative staff of Agri Ibrahim Cecen University regarding economic, demographic, social, cultural, environmental, educational, medical, safety, urbanization, etc. The aspects of agri. Results of the research indicate that suggestions provided between the level of safety and the university-city interaction were perceived generally and widely positively, while suggestions regarding economic, social and cultural, climate and environmental aspects, urbanization structure and level, educational, medical and social service level as well as demographic and communal aspects were perceived generally and relatively negatively. Additionally, all such findings suggest that perception and expectation levels of Agri Ibrahim Cecen University participants on the city of Agri tended to change, to a certain extent, based on variables indicating demographic characteristics. All results achieved in this research indicate that, in order that the level of interaction between Agri Ibrahim Cecen University and the city of Agri is strengthened, socio-economic and socio-cultural policy measures must be developed and implemented by policy-makers, taking demographic characteristics into consideration as well as perception and expectation levels of Agri Ibrahim Cecen University students, academic and administrative personnel on the city of Agri regarding the aforementioned aspects.
