So many results that aren't mine?

Çiğ İnek Sütlerinde ve Urfa Peynirlerinde Salmonella spp. Varlığının Araştırılması

Urfa peyniri, Şanlıurfa ve Türkiye’nin diğer illerinde tüketilen Şanlıurfa’ya özgü geleneksel bir salamura beyaz peynir çeşididir. Bu çalışmada, Şanlıurfa’da satışa sunulan 250 adet çiğ inek sütü örneği ile 250 adet urfa peynir örneğinde Salmonella spp. varlığı araştırılmıştır. Salmonella spp. izolasyonunda Uluslararası Standart Ofisi’nin (International Standart Office/ISO) önerdiği metot kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, incelenen peynir ve çiğ süt örneklerinin hiçbirinde Salmonella spp. tespit edilememiş olup, örneklerinin tamamının Salmonella spp. yönünden Türk Gıda Kodeksi’ne uygun olduğu saptanmıştır.
