With the digitalization of customs processes, it has become more essential for users adapting to new systems. The aim of this study is to examine the adaptation levels of ship agency employees to electronic customs systems within the framework of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). In this direction, a 20-statement questionnaire consisting of 5 variables in 7-likert format has been applied to ship agency employees operating in the Eastern Mediterranean Region. The expressions regarding the variables in the questionnaire have been adapted from the studies conducted within the framework of TAM. In TAM; Regression analysis has been applied to analyze the relationship among perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, behavioral intention, and actual use variables. According to the research results; perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude towards behavior and behavioral intention have been found as important determinants affecting the adaptation of ship agency employees to the e-customs systems. According to the obtained findings; it has been observed that behavioral intention positively impacts actual use although the rate of this effect is not very high, its existence can still be claimed. Regression analysis results showed that there has been a highly significant and positive relationship among perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude and behavioral intention variables participating in the model
