Bu çalışma, 2015-2016 yıllarında Doğu Anadolu Bölgesi’nde Bayburt, Erzincan, Erzurum ve Gümüşhane illerinde yaprağı yenen sebzelerin yetiştirildiği alanlarda zararlı ve faydalı böcek türlerini belirlemek amacı ile yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla sürveyler basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemine göre, ekiliş alanlarının en az %10’unu kapsayacak şekilde 2-4 haftalık periyotlarla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sürveylerde toplanan örnekler laboratuvara getirilip stereo mikroskop altında incelenmiş, bitkilerde bulunan böcekler sayılarak kaydedilmiş ve yoğunlukları belirlenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda Aphididae, Chrysomelidae familyalarına ait zararlı türler ile Anthocoridae, Chrysopidae, Coccinellidae ve Braconidae familyalarına ait faydalı türler ve bu türlerin bitki başına yoğunlukları belirlenmiştir.
This study was conducted in 2015-2016 with the aim of identifying harmful and beneficial insect species in the areas where leaf-eating vegetables are grown in Bayburt, Erzincan, Erzurum and Gümüşhane in the Eastern Anadolu Region. For this purpose, the reefs were carried out in a period of 2-4 weeks, according to the simple random sampling method, covering at least 10% of the planting areas. The samples collected in the surveys were brought to the laboratory and studied under a stereo microscope, recorded by counting the insects found in the plants and determined their intensity. The study found the harmful species belonging to the Aphididae, Chrysomelidae families and the beneficial species belonging to the Anthocoridae, Chrysopidae, Coccinellidae and Braconidae families and the density of these species per plant.
This study was conducted to determine pests and natural enemies’ species, found extensively on leafy vegetables grown in Bayburt, Erzincan, Erzurum and Gümüşhane provinces in 2015-2016. For this purpose, surveys were carried out 2-4 weekly periods according to the simple random sampling method; it covered at least 10% of the cultivation area. The collected samples were brought to the laboratory and examined under stereo microscope, recorded by counting the insects in plants and infestation rates of them were recorded. As a result of the study, it was determined that harmful species belonging to Aphididae, Chrysomelidae families and useful species belonging to Anthocoridae, Chrysopidae, Coccinellidae and Braconidae families and intensity of these species.
