So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Abstract Calcitonin, a hormone that regulates the bone apposition and resorption in the body, is secreted from the parafollicular cells of the thyroid gland and has an effect, opposite to the parathormone, on the blood calcium level. It decreases the blood calcium level and inhibits Hie calcium metabolism. In this study, tooth extractions were performed in 20 Wistar-albino rats of which 10 were in the study and the reamining in the control group and the effect of calcitonin on the early stage of bone healing were evaluated. An increase in the osteoblastic activity together with dense new bone formation were observed histologically on the bone surface adjacent to the extraction sites in all the rats of the experimental group. Key words: Calcitonin, alveolar bone healing.
